I have my Krohniana silver in an east facing window. She gets morning sun. Has had 6 blooms so I think she is very happy! Here is a pic of when I got her and recently. Another pic taken today.

Ooh it's absolutely beautiful!! :) I hope mine will be happy too, and maybe get a little more variegated - it's currently also in an east facing window, soaking up that morning warmth and sunshine. ^_^ Here's a photo :)

The silver flecking isn't variegation. I've never been able to find a definitive explanation about why it happens, but my experience with the old favorite, H. pubicalyx 'Pink Silver', is that lower light seems to encourage more silver on the leaves. That makes me suspect that it helps the plant absorb more light for photosynthesis. But that's just my take on it...
