Our builder gave us the impression thermador was out of our budget and that we should stick to jenn air. Went to fergusson and they told us our four appliances - fridge, stove/oven, exhaust and dishwasher are similarly priced between JA and therm. is this a common builder practice? any idea what the lead times to get thermador are like? considering the current supply chain enviroment is it too much of a risk even with 10 months to go in our build.
