Exterior moisture is not unusual on a freezer if it's in a non-climate-controlled space. Most refrigerators and freezers have a heater around the perimeter of the cabinet at the food storage compartment to avoid condensation. Freezers may run a loop of the warm condensor coil around that area. I can't find parts diagrams for your model EFRF694 to determine if it has any condensation defense. Does it feel warm to the touch there, or cold? If cold, then the condensation is what it is.

My thought is you need to defrost it. Apparently more often than you expected.

Thank you It is in the basement with a dehumidifier im not opposed to defrosting as long as it is running as effeciently as possible..

The gasket can more-or-less be checked for proper sealing by closing it on a $-bill or slip of paper and pulling ... some resistance should be felt. Check several areas.

I tested the seal with a sheet of paper and it could be tighter. Thanks for your help. We have a friend who has an appliance store. Contacting him tomorrow.

I just recognized the the door fits lower than freeze, like the needs to be raised about 1/4 inch. on to doing more research
