Help with kitchen appliances

We are building a new home. i want a black freestanding range with brass trim - i want it to be a focal point. Should the other appliances be black or should I select stainless steel? The cabinets will be painted a medium gray with black and brass knobs/pulls. light fixtures will be black with a small amount of brass on them. Thank you!
