Large scale wallpaper in a small space.
We’ve just completed an update to a good portion of our house, but i now feel a need to update the powder room. It’s 7’ X 7 1/2’ with a clipped corner where the door is. Unfortunately, it is located right in my foyer. I’ve thought sbout just painting it lighter, but the dark walls and black toilet actually seem to make it less conspicuous when the door is cracked, as it usually is. I found this wallpaper in a mail order catalog and when iI saw that it came in navy, I fell hard. Thoughts? Too big or dramatic?

4 years agolast modified: 4 years agoI don't think that paper is wallpaper by the roll. I think it is a mural, which means it is seamless and probably sized around 102". I don't think you will be able to do it...cutting around the toilet, sink, etc.
Look around for something similar. Your idea of having a gorgeous paper in the powder room is my kind of decor. For instance:

I thought i would update since it’s finally done. I contacted the company and found out that even though it’s designed as a mural all the panels match so it can be used in a room. It was installed this morning and I love it!
