In your zone, climbers will be more susceptible to winter die back than bush roses, so just finding one with blooms you like may not be the way to go. I would do 2 things: 1) Go to or contact your LOCAL rose society and ask their advice about which climbers do well in your area (there are types of roses, including climbers, which have been bred specifically to withstand the cold better), and 2) research the breeders who have developed the colder hardy types of roses, and look at their climbers and choose from those.

Bellarosa, maybe try the old Bourbon rose Madame Isaac Perriere? She can do zone 5b according to HMF. Intensely fragrant, full, delicious raspberry mauve blooms. She blackspots in my area but is great in other, less pressured locations. Magpie is trying her sport, Madame Ernest Calvat, in Colorado. Carol

Mme Isaac Perriere is the rose that came to mind to me, too. Not the same pinks as QoE (which I think is a rather unique blend), but she’ll give you that big opulent OGR look
