I thought I posted this already, but guess not. Does anyone know, on the installation of a door panel for a sub zero fridge/freezer combo if there is any "slack" when installing the panel to the door?

I have a panel that I want to use that is 3/16" smaller than the required size. When the template is put onto the smaller door and holes are drilled, will the holes line up with the door slots?

Or will my template have to be moved the 2/32" out to line up with the slots that are in the door? My customer wants to use mullion doors for the top part of the panel and we're going to do the bottom part with the same size panel but just solid. I've seen it done on a picture, but can't get any help with the installation part of it when it's just not the exact right size.
