My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This sofa is an Osmond Designs custom made brand sofa, do you live in Utah? If not, we ship all over the USA.

    Thank you. No, I live in Michigan. Can you tell me sofa dimensions, does it come in a two seat cushions, approximate price and shipping costs? I know price varies on fabric. From what I can tell in picture, I like the fabric texture on that sofa.
