Thank you. The house was an existing 1920's Four Square that we completely gutted and renovated, along with a sizable addition. The first, second and third floor total out at approx. 4,300 sf and the renovated basement at approx. 2,000 sf. The plan is not for sale because it is a custom plan created for this specfic house with existing structure and details (leaded glass windows, secondary servant stair). For a brand new house with this same look and feel, we would suggest an alternative arrangment.
