My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

2nd story bathroom help

We are working on reducing our new build's footprint to better fit our budget so are looking at options to go from a ranch to a 1.5 story instead. As part of that, we would need to move a bathroom up to the 2nd level, along with two bedrooms. What is less likely to have plumbing problems down the road - a shower tub combo or just shower?
Also - kids and bathroom maintenance... are shower tub combos with shower curtains easier to keep nice and clean with kids as opposed to glass door showers?
