We're just getting our final quotes on our countertops too. Your sq/footage cost includes fabrication, and with the waterfall on two sides, that's probably driving up your cost. We're not using our countertops as our backsplashes to also save $$. Also, do they charge you for the whole slabs, whether you use them or not? Our fabricator has some "builders program" selections that you only pay for what you use, and other slabs you buy the whole thing and get to keep the remnants (or use them elsewhere in your build.)

About 4 years ago I did a slightly larger kitchen with TM. No waterfall and no backsplash. I had 3 slabs that cost $9k and the fabrication was also $9k, so $18K total.

I am just doing another kitchen with TM and need to add up the different components for a total cost ... sometimes I prefer not to add things up and have a shock! ;-)

Looks average for a luxury stone choice with all of that detail. And all that square footage. That’s a pretty overpowerng look to use that much stone. Nothing else should try to compete with it for attention.
