My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

borage going to seed too early

this is the 2nd year my borage plants went to seed in august & reseeded itself. unfortunately the 2nd round doesn't have enough time to reseed itself before being killed by a freeze. just wondering if anyone else has had this happen.
