Key limes have been falling lately. I try to pick up every one. Squeeze and freeze the juice. We just made a key lime pie. Oh, so good! Only REAL key lime juice makes the very best key lime pie. It is packed with intense flavor. There is no substitute. I like the recipe that calls for 5 egg yolks, 1 cup lime juice (many call for less) and 2 cans (14 oz. each) of sweetened condensed milk. The best!

Ideally the best graham cracker crust is home-made with pecans, but we ran out of time on that! And can you believe the store was out of heavy whipping cream??
