We have a 3600 sq ft house with a really odd bathroom. The master (first pic) has a single sink 6ft vanity and toilet!with a pocket door that opens to a shared tub/shower with the hall bath. The other side (second pic) is the hall bath.

We are already going to reconfigure the master to have approx a 48x60 shower. The question is do we lose the pocket door to make a full separate hall bath, or do we make the hall bath a powder room and enclose the tub area in our master?

There are two bedrooms in this hall, we are using as guest room and office. Other two beds have dedicated bathroom upstairs

There is also another powder room at the other end of the house

Either way, we increase the # of baths for resale, but which would you find more appealing as a buyer?
