Hi we have 2 mulled Anderson casement windows over our kitchen sink and are replacing them as part of our kitchen renovation. One window came in fine months ago and is installed but the other has come in damaged twice. It is too damaged to be installed. The lead times have been months each time, and it has really delayed our renovation. The dealer told us that we go to end of the line each time even though the window is damaged/defective. I know the supply chain is crazy right now, but does anyone know if Anderson will escalate an order under this type of circumstance and who to call. TY!
