Can anyone identify this plant? I don't know what they are as I inherited them from my mom. I've been following the care instrcutions she gave me whenever she went away on holiday (water once a week).

She had them all in one pot but things were getting too crowded so I re-potted them. They flower in between June and August (see picture below). They've been doing all right for the three years that I had them but I figure it's about time I figured out what they are and give them proper care.
