I have no idea what you are talking about , post some pics but I will say I hate phony drapery panels hung on short rods. IMO drapes need to be at least 2.f x wider than the rod and the rop goes all across the window those fake panels fool no one and hoestly drapes need to have a function .

How about velcro, one piece on the rod and the other on the bracket? But if I'm understanding you correctly, if they are stationary panels, the chance of their moving is slim.

I have used the felt furniture floor protectors. Solid enough to not crush, self-stick, long strips that I cut to the proper length.
