Overall I agree with your opinions.

I've also ordered from Burling (excellent in every way), Roses Unlimited (great roses; good customer service), Greenmantle (somewhat difficult to work with...I so appreciate them and their very special collections of both roses and fruit; and I'm dreading the day they decide to close or sell the business...but they seem to be perennially backordered and since they don't do anything online there's very little transparency, which causes confusion to say the least), and a few others, I'll have to see if I can remember all of them!
