My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Need ideas for stairwell lights please

This is the semi flush Moravian light that I like for the foyer of our new build…but the u-shaped stairwell is right next to the foyer. I can’t decide what type of pendant/chandelier to put over the stairwell. My builder is encouraging a light without glass to be easier to clean. Any advice?
