My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for your inquiry. The Hanging Lantern shown on this front porch is from the company, Hart Associates. It is sold through designers and architects. This particular fixture is 14" sq x 24"h, and hangs by a rod rather than chain. The rod was used to help minimize rotation on windy days. Glass is clear, and the finish is "old iron". Please contact us if we can be of further assistance to you. Hart lighting products are very high quality. They are not inexpensive, but worth every penny when we have used them on interior and exterior projects.
