I recently had a kitchen remodel done and I’m not loving the backsplash job.

How bad does everyone think this is and what can be done to fix?!

I see significant lippage when under cabinet lighting is on and I’m not a fan.

The subcontractor sent a kid who I felt was inexperienced. He “buttered” each tile individually instead of applying to wall. He got 75% done and I asked him to leave.

Subcontractor sent me someone else the next day and that wall is flush and uniformed.

Worried I’m just maybe being picky but I’m paying $35k for a kitchen remodel and this was definitely not to my expectations.
