For broken arrow, your best bet would probably be Cox or AT&T. And "good" service is subjective.

Having just (a month ago?) gotten Fibre to premise, hasn't Tulsa and BA advanced that way also? (please note that ten years ago when I left Chelsea, I had to use a wireless internet solutions (Atlas OK) to get 'decent' internet, you might look into their service as an alternative). They were more reasonable than DSL service at the time (and cable wasn't available in my area).

I don’t know about rural Oklahoma, but here in rural Missouri we use fiber optic cable. Fiber optics went through our town about 5 years ago and 80% of the town jumped on it. Now they’re burying it in the countryside too. For reference, there’s a population of about 10,000 people in the whole county.

I'm pretty sure that Broken Arrow is in the heart of Cox territory. I bet their service would be very economical. Here near Tahlequah we couldn't get any of those big players in the internet field. Fortunately through the power company we now have fiber. It works wonderfully but is a bit more expensive than Cox.
