I like the brick but I think the photoshopped trim is too bright of white and the door is too dark.

If you do paint your brick, be sure to use a paint specifically for this purpose. Brick needs to be able to breathe. That's why many posters will tell you not to do it. The other reason is that you will be changing a low maintenance surface to a high maintenance surface. Once you paint it, it will need to be painted again in the future. I think it would be a good idea to take the money you would spend on a professional paint job and spend it on landscaping instead. The lot backs to mature trees. If you have good landscaping in the front the house will look better. White everything is popular now, but it probably won't be in five years. While the brick isn't great, it's far from the worst I've seen on this forum. :-)

Based on the two photos, the brick looks much better to me.
