Living Area Layout

Hi All,
Been playing with layout and designs for a new living area. I know I want a feature fireplace wall, but I’m back and forth on the best setup for it. I might be stuck on one idea, while recognizing and liking undeniable aspects of the other. Although I am completely open to decor, furniture and color suggestions, this question is more about layout. Thoughts?
