Hi!

We have this very odd entryway to our house (see picture), that looks down to living space but also sees the underneath of stairs upstairs. Its due to half floor structure. The picture is taken from front door, and with on-going renovation its is a mess. You might notice the glass doors, which add to the complication but work wonders in heat and sound insulation to upstairs.

Our problem is the top part of the picture: under side of the stairs with straight piece of wall next to it, right at your eye level. Do you have any suggestions to make it an interesting entryway backdrop?
