You will have premature finish failure. The nordicseal between two coats of Bona mega one will create a bond breaker. Your finish will not last a month. You can stick tape down and peel it back off. you will see finish come off with it. The contractor should have added Mixol in white to the Bona Mega One if, he needed a paler look. He would have been fine and avoided all this.

Bona Mega one is a polyurethane not a sealer. Sealers cannot be sandwiched between polyurethanes. I do not see any other way, except to redo the floors. You can contact a local Bona rep for more info.
