I need suggestions for a bedroom ceiling light. The room does not get much light.

My bed is against the same wall that the bedroom door is on. So the bed is centered on the wall between the door and the other (perpendicular) wall. It is not centered in the room.

So my problem is that I don't think I can have a light in the center of the room (which I would love) because then it would look odd with the placement of the bed. I don't think I can have a light centered in the middle of the bed because then it would look odd if you looked at the room as a whole.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do about ceiling lighting? Does anyone have a similar situation? I would love advice. I'm so tired of being in a dark room. Thanks.
