I use a broom or a Dyson stick vac with the hardwood floor attachment head, and then I clean it with the Bona mop and cleaner. They have a new mop out now that the cleaning solution is attached to and you don't have to spray separately with a sprayer and mop. It works great!

What type of finish is going over the stain?

Duraseal will have instructions on cleaning whatever finish you have on your floors. One tip, NEVER use Murphy's Oil Soap on them. Ever.
About 40 years ago, I build a home with a Duraseal finish on the oak floors (it was called a Swedish finish at the time, not sure what it would be called now) and it was to be cleaned with a weak solution of distilled vinegar and water on a barely damp mop. But those floors were so great, I seldom had to do more than wipe up a spill. Nothing stuck to them, it was like having formica on the floors they were so easy to keep clean. I hope yours will be as easy.

I have sealed hardwood floors for reference. I've tried Bona and Bruce but nothing gets them as clean as 1 teaspoon of powdered Tide detergent to a gallon of hot water in my O'Cedar spin mop. The floors get so, so clean. We only do this once a week or every other week. For quick cleans, we do use Bruce in a Rubbermaid spray mop with microfiber pad. Our main form of maintenance is regular vacuuming. We will run Roomba, the Dyson cordless or central vac over the floors throughout the week.

We had our hardwood floors refinished a couple of years ago. I believe they are Bona high traffic or something like that. I use my Miele canister vacuum with the hard floor attachment to sweep them and then a mop with a vinegar/water solution. I love the finish on our floors!
