Whenever we (a couple) couldn't agree on something, we'd laugh and say, "let's ask Diana," because we trusted she'd never just pick a side. She'd tell us honestly what she thought was best for our long-term goals. She was also just as invaluable with contractors, telling us straight whether a proposal was worth it and fairly priced, pointing us to better options when needed, and, on the rare occasion something went sideways, willing to be the bad cop to make the vendors to make it right. On top of it all, Diana seems to know everyone worth knowing: tile specialists, landscapers, cabinet makers, contractors, painters. Every person she recommended did beautiful work at a fair price, and she actively managed all of them for us so nothing fell through the cracks. If you want a designer with an incredible eye, real organizational rigor, and a genuinely big heart, someone who will teach you, advocate for you, and become a bit of a friend along the way, Diana is it. “Customer service was excellent! I had a pricing issue with the custom closets pricing we negotiated and found a better price with a different company. I voiced my concerns Closet Factory and the General Manager (Mr. Isaac) immediately jumped into action and got the pricing down lower than the other company and if you include the 10% Costco shopping card, it made the pricing even better. I would definitely use Closet Factory again especially if the General Manager stays the same. He was very fair and handled the issue quickly and professionally.”
