Concrete pool deck paint

My pool has a concrete deck and I want to paint it. Here is what has happened so far. When I bought the house the owner had left over paint. After about 2 years I used the that apint to touch it up, no issues. Fast forward a couple more years and decided to change the color with some free paint a friend gave me, it was outdoor/concrete paint. I pressure cleaned the deck and painted it. Paint didnt stick all that great in some places. No big deal really it was free and have had it on now for about a year. So this weekend I decided it was time to strip it and fill some cracks and do some TLC to the deck. I have pressure washed it with a 4200 psi pressure cleaner. My deck has a textured finish to it, not smooth. So the free paint is completly gone, but the old original paint is still there. What I have noticed is that below the original paint is what seem to be a white primer/paint. So the deck looks like mixture of pink and white. My question is, whats my next step? I will be acid washing prior to adding any primer/paint. I have seen all sorts of answer about primer again to dont primer again. I have seen that I have to get all the way down to the concrete again and some times not. I want to make sure I prep it right but stripping the paint to the concrete is reallt not an option. Any tips on where to go from here.
