what type of seating do you want/need......can you envision a patio door/slider being installed on exterior wall one day for better connection w a deck/patio??? The one small door is the only entry from driveway. that makes traffic right through the middle of space. if the window became a patio door and you took out the wall between kitchen and lounge you could better use the right side of space with an L or U shape kitchen and traffic is shifted to the left side . Since there is a door to bedroom section on left I'd be interested in removing that short kitchen wall right there. All this depends on your budget and goals.
