Yes can you take the photo standing much further back, standing centered to the island, looking towards the window wall?

I like the style of the two pendants as well! But sorry to say, the size of the one pendant hanging by such a short chain, as well as that close to where the sloped ceiling ends, looks really bad imo. Looks like they were installed wrong once already, so you had to move them. Idk, but they almost look like they might still be off centered (length wise) on the island. It could be just the angle, or maybe I am thown off by the countertop overhang that looks to be jetting out towards the range?

I agree with you. The chain lengths look awkward, especially the short one. I love option 2. It will be a statement piece.

Agree, that much difference in the chain lengths would bug me. Looks like multiple pendants may not work with the sloped ceiling. Maybe center a linear chandelier over the island?

Option 2 might not be mountable on a sloped ceiling. Check first!

I have 3 pendants on my sloped ceiling. They are squatty so the chain is a bit longer than yours. :P

Thanks @Fori, a longer chain probably looks fine and you can make it work. In my case the large pendant coupled with a short chain is what's not working.

I like option two though I’d prefer it with white and not clear glass.

You need to move the electrical over, so that means you are losing height.

Get out a tape measure measure from the center of the island to the top of the ceiling from the counter top. ................. also that fixture is not for slopped ceilings.

It looks like you have adequate recessed lighting. If so, you won't need this for actual light. Maybe you can use just one of these pendants centered.

(Also, are they the correct height? They seem pretty high. Can't tell things like that from a photo though.)
