The kitchen is already small and overcrowded. Aim lower in your wish list unless you want to do a major addition to fix the major unignorable issue. Getting rid of the angled wall would help a lot. But it won’t fix small, and isolated.

So I think my kitchen is similar in size to yours and we have an induction cooktop and a double wall oven. That angled wall is really unfortunate but I suspect dropping the sad little island would help your space constraints. Also, we have a counter-depth fridge to minimize the bulky projections into a small space. Are you planning to move any utilities?

This is immediately after the kitchen remodel. We could not move utilites and made the most of what we had. Now there is a garage on the other side of that door.

Is there anything interesting to look at through the window on the wall adjacent to the current sink location? Can the sink be moved under the window?

You may want to hire a kitchen designer to help you.

That left wall would be ideal for what you're wanting.  Moving the fridge to the angled wall, or to the left of it if it'd fit, putting the double oven in the back left corner and the cook top centered or at least 30" from the double oven.  You could  have a long counter space by running cabinets in an L shape from the sink to the bottom right corner and under the window.  Or move the sink and utilize that wall for your appliances.  Or put your cook top under the window at the bottom and double oven where the stove is.  Good luck!
