Photo of whole room & furniture info, style etc would be useful to receive advice. When I think of ”accent wall” I think it means a wall with different color or finish than the rest of the room. You’re asking about art for wall so please explain your goal a bit more. I do agree it would be good to camouflage that fuse box but it’s so close to corner that hanging art over it will be tough. You’re also saying this wall will be ”behind couch” - where is TV being moved? I’m thinking about that AC unit (guessing that’s what it is) - would be nice to camouflage it too but not block - maybe with open shelving unit acting as console to ground the TV if it stays there…..

IMO first move the TV with a cabinet under it and wall hang the TV at the proper viewing height which is the center of the screen at eye level when you are seated You need to provide pics of the whole space and the drapes need to be at least 2 x fuller as for the electrical box I need to see the whole space

Get a little board paint it the wall color attach magnets to the back and done. Patricia is completely right about the tv PS, looks like there is a face plate for the electrical where the tv should be.

Why is the sofa going on the same wall as the tv?

PS if that was my air return deal and I owned the place, I would paint it all black inside the box, put a FP surround and a screen to camo it all and make it look like a FP
