Looks like your tree is pulling nutrients from leaves to support flower growth.

Were you fertilizing a lot?

I haven’t fertilized in months. I didn’t realize a lack of nutrients would affect the foliage so much. I gave it some today to see if it will help salvage what little is left

I doubt that fertilizing will accomplish anything useful. You moved your tree from a high to a low light environment and it responded by dropping leaves. That light above the tree will not come close to supplying the amount of light it was used to outdoors. Your tree's pot is on the floor, where it is relatively cold and the roots are not working adequately, while the canopy is not getting enough light. You need to lift the pot so that it is warmed by sunlight and increase the artificial light. This might be helpful:

That makes sense I just don’t know why it was so happy there the last two winters but unhappy there this year. I don’t recall it ever flowering like this while indoors, maybe its the combination of being moved at the same time it was about to flower?

What would you say is the ideal amount of time for the grow light be on? I have it set for 14 hours…same as last couple years

How the roots go, so goes the tree. As Vlad wrote, if the tree's foliage is in the window's sun light, then the container should also be in the window's sunlight.

Out of curiosity how/when did you move it this year versus the last years? What was the temperature outside versus inside? Others can correct me if I'm wrong, but if the temp outside had gotten relatively cold and you brought it straight inside with less light than a usual summer (brighter than outside) but warmth, it could have shocked the tree.
