To Accent or Nah

I want to accent a wall in my bedroom, but not sure which wall or color. Currently my bed is positioned the long way in the room which gives me the mose space, but it also has my feet facing my entry door. Undecided in which to accent the current wall or the side wall. If i do the side wall I want to frame it out and do a DYI wood accent wall with MDF strips or planks and then move my bed to the side wall. PLEASE HELP
