Gray, Dimpled Seed Heads?

This ~3' tall wildflower was found growing at a park. They have gray, dimpled, oval seed heads with seeds that look like small, ~1/4" long sunflower seeds. I feel like I've seen these before, but can't recall what they are? So, what are they?
