Asbestos?? 1972 home

We are remodeling our 1972 home we just purchased. We have already had asbestos testing done on the drywall and popcorn ceiling which came back 3 and 9%. We have taken the drywall off around the house and this is the only wall that has this weird foam looking material attached to the back of the fiberglass insulation. When touched it turns to powder. This wall also connects the garage to the living room and the circuit breaker is also on this wall. Is this part of the insulation? Was this separate from the fiberglass insulation, and does this look like something asbestos would be in? It does melt under heat so that is a promising sign. Just want your thoughts I know none of you guys are asbestos specialists :)

PS. Fiber glass insulation is owens corning
