faucet finish question

After 17 years we are getting new quartz countertops, new Koehler Under-mount sink and new faucets. I’m thinking a bridge faucet snd I’m debating the finish. Please tell me your experience with Chrome, stainless or polished nickel. Thanks so much.

Polished chrome shows fingerprints and feels more slippery. Stainless avoids that.
