Strong color contrast, sharp margins and regular dispersion of the variegation makes it pretty interesting, I would say. it almost looks tropical, like a Pothos or something.

Ya ken its like -15 so i am killing time indoors today. i got my new batch of seed started yesterday. lol come on reds.

it looks like a medium coming out of empress wu. I have got to admit first glance was a cringe, and hvx thoughts. its not. but its growing on me now. i dont think i will buy it though.

i have bought drop dead gorgeous, their new one. and they have some other nice ones in the pipe. if the rumors are true they maybe be going big on a new blusher sport. its a real beauty.

I kinda like it………very, very different for sure. I love the leaf shape and ruffle. Coloration Reminds me a bit of Xanadu Paisley. I would buy it if it’s proven stable and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I am saving the arm and leg for hosta_maker’s gorgeous red…….

As a customer in the Hosta world, I think it is ugly. Maybe it would be visually pleasing when seen in-person, but it just doesn’t look like a Hosta to me. I wonder if it will settle into mediovariegated given time? I don’t breed these plants, so I guess I look at these streakers differently.

Not a fan. Unique. Needs the proper placement for it to shine. It's got a lot going on. A conversation piece. Makes me think of Road Rage---a hosta that also has a lot going on. I thought Road Rage wasn't attractive at first and didn't buy it when I had the opportunity. Now I would want it as a conversation piece. But this new Walter's registration would never fit well into my garden as I don't have the space to surround it with complimentary plants. Road Rage being a green, would fit into the garden scheme more easily.

Funny I was thinking of Road Rage and how I was the only one (perhaps one other) that liked it besides ZKathy who posted it.

I really like Emperor's New Clothes! I would wait to see how stable it is for others before getting one.

Road Rage looks sickly to me, but I always like symmetrical, more uniform types of hostas.

I love the look of My Fair Lady! Mouseketeer and Dancing in the Moonlight are very pretty, also. If I had room for another big one I'd like one with margins like Gigantosaurus.

It is fun to see these new registrations. I love that My Fair Lady and Mouseketeer!

It looks a lot like Cogelywood, and I like that enough to have an extra "insurance" plant in the garden. Might get it someday.
