Hi guys, I just discovered this forum and signed up. I'm a home gardener in Chesterfield, Burlington County. I have about 140 sq. ft. of raised beds and primarily have grown Tomatoes, Chili Peppers, Tomatillos, Asparagus, Brussels Sprouts, Garlic, and Swiss Chard. This year I plan to try onions, shallots, and possibly bell peppers. Along with eating everything fresh, I preserve quite a bit of tomato sauce, salsa, and hot sauce. My wife grows a large herb garden as well as all of our flowers and ornamentals. I'm just now researching vermicomposting and will soon be starting up my first worm bin. Does anyone else here raise worms? I'm kind of hoping to find a relatively local source of red wigglers instead of mail ordering them. Anyways, I'm looking forward to virtually meeting other New Jersey garden enthusiasts.
