Unfortunately, none of those have any plant nutrients.

At first the seed starter mix should be sterile. Then, once the first true leaves develop, apply a diluted liquid fertilize that has micro nutrients as well as the NPK. Go lightly on the fertilizer. Organic Fertilizer do not work well since the nutrients will not be readily available.

garybeamont is correct. Seed starting mix should be sterile to prevent any of the numerous fungal issues that can affect seed germination. And seeds do not require any nutrient supplementation - they contain everthing a seed needs for germination and most sources say to hold off any fertilization until at least the first set of true leaves but I never apply anything until the second set appears.

In addition to being sterile, good seed starting mix should be very light and free draining. The perlite-vermiculite-peat mix sounds fine. Save the promix until you pot them up.
