My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Lighting plan for kitchen

Hi everyone - anyone have any thoughts on how we should do the lighting in this kitchen/dining room? The ceiling everywhere except the area by the sink will be raised. We will have pendants over the island and a chandelier over the dining room table. Thanks!
