Things used to build houses come from building material stores.

It look's like Birch or Maple but it's not a good idea trying to match from pictures so I suggest removing a piece and take it to material suppliers to choose from samples.

A local cabinet and millwork shop can create that for you. It‘s not cheap plastic paneling that you find at a box store that doesnt fit your space at all.

This is custom. You will not be able to find this in any store. The boards are carefully selected, cut to size on site, finished professionally. My DH could do this for me because he has years of experience with his hobby woodworking. A custom cabinetmaker could do this. It really depends on your budget, your plans to stay in the house, and how much you want it.

Take the photo to a good local lumberyard (not big box store) and they might be able to suggest the right raw materials. You won't find this ready to go sitting on a shelf.

Have you considered an interesting wallpaper instead?

My guess something like this . This is maple tounge and groove planks so maybe start with that.
