Looks Jacobean to me. True Jacobean furniture dates from the 1600s, but there was a Jacobean revival running from the emd of the 1800s to the 1950s. Coffee tables were a fairly modern invention, but people have been known to cut ddown the legs of taller tables to make them into coffee tables, which may have happened to your table.

Furniture from the 50s had time to get beat up like your table.

If you had picked this up in America, I would say it was from Asia in the 20th c. The metal bracing on the table seems purely ornamental.
