Lots of people are forced to look for new housing, so the available stock is in high demand. But most people will be looking for rental housing, and fewer have the resources to buy a new property. I don't think price will be affected all that much, tho.

Price will be affected by supply and demand market forces. Expect to ask your price and get it.

As an appraiser, I will tell you that all market data runs a few months behind the real market. So, use some restraint in the amount that you want for your unit, the market will punish you if you ask way too much. However, the market will meet or exceed your price if you ask at or slightly below the market. I could easily see a bidding war.

Do be careful, if you are buying in the same market, any gains will be quickly swallowed by the supply and demand market forces.
