Looking to do a kitchen renovation in a pre-war, art deco co-op in Manhattan. Unsurprisingly, there are severe space constraints (16 x 10 kitchen + dining area) so looking for someone who can think creatively about space and design. Aesthetically, going for something simple emphasizing materials (real wood cabinets) rather than fancy features, and harmonizing with modest art deco aesthetic of the building.
