They are Coconut White Cabinets from Oakcraft. Painted. I do this color a lot. I hear that Oakcraft is also coming out with a new white paint color. i have duplicated another white color that a different vendor has been using. Oakcraft duplicated it beautifully and i am using that as well. Oakcraft has the ability to customize, thats what makes the unique and versitile.
