My shower floor has

water

seeping from the walls in the low areas. We had a bad build on an added addition in 2018. Recently had the floor ripped out and was told the pan was done wrong. They rebuilt it and tiled it with dips and valleys. We stopped using it for a week while we decided a course of action. That is when we noticed the constant water present. We see a few holes on the grout and rented a dehumidifier which drained water but the water is still sitting there. could this be from cracks in the line in the wall? I live in Fl. Also my wall tile is discontinued and it wraps around my bathtub. Sorry for the photos in the middle of the post. Glitchy app.
