Pass through window

What is the make and model of the window? How does the seal on this window fare against the elements? As the window is flush with the counter how does the trim meet the countertop on the interior? Do you have a photo? As it is positioned above the sink, does the trim get wet?

This pass-thru window was custom made. I am checking with the company to see how they handeled the weather proofing. If you look at our portfolio, you will see a photo of the interior of the kitchen with the windows closed: http://www.houzz.com/projects/64589/Villa-Vicin---O-Mare. I hope that helps.

I spoke with the custom window company that made the windows. If you look closely at the photo of the open bifold windows, you will see a 1/2 inch step in the marble. The window sash closes against that step. This along with weather stripping along the bottom of the window prevents wind and water from getting inside. There you go!
